Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on crossbarkits.com (the "Store"), operated by LDX Commerce Limited ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products

We sell football shirts and related accessories. We make every effort to show products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our kits are fan versions and are not official licensed club or federation products unless stated otherwise on the product page.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs and any discounts are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your card details.

3. Orders

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund.

4. Offers and discount codes

Promotions such as "Buy 3, get the 4th free" are applied automatically in the cart under the conditions shown on the site. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes.

5. Customised products

You are responsible for checking the name and number you enter. Customised products are made to order and are only returnable for manufacturing defects or printing errors.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
