Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Every order ships with a tracking number.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 48 business hours. Customised kits (name, number or patch) need an extra 24 hours.

Delivery time

Tracked delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. During busy periods some orders may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over €60 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Below that amount, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we email you the tracking number. You can also follow your order on our order tracking page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices and taxes are shown at checkout in your local currency. For some destinations outside the EU and UK, local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier we may not be able to change it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, email info@crossbarkits.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
