Returns & refunds

We want you to love your kit. If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customised kits (name, number or patch) are made to order and can only be returned if they arrive with a manufacturing defect or a printing error.
  • Mystery boxes and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@crossbarkits.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
  3. Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost or send a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Your statutory rights

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.
